The Mission of our congregation is to be a presence of Jesus the Good Shepherd in the world by,
By the public profession of our vows, we dedicate ourselves completely to continue the work of God’s mercy as revealed in the mission of Jesus.
In living poverty, we commit ourselves to living in solidarity with and in service to those at the margins. This challenges us to be responsible and generous in the sharing of resources. It moves us to go beyond our comfort zone to take risks in living the mission trusting in God’s providence.
We witness to a counter-cultural presence of hope and a joyful proclamation of the gospel by living a simple lifestyle, upholding the dignity of labor, sharing resources, being available with our time and talents and committing ourselves to a respectful care of creation.
We commit ourselves to a celibate way of life. Moved by the loving energy of the Spirit, we offer a total gift of ourselves to God. In nurturing life, we create sacred spaces of conversation that build right relationships, friendships, mutuality and inclusion in communities, ministries and society.
We witness to an alternative reality of self-giving love, living a balanced life, believing in the potential of each person for growth. We commit ourselves to bringing forth new life, as we reach out beyond boundaries which exclude us from one another. We embrace all in our multi-cultural world with a compassionate and reconciling love.

By the vow of Zeal, we commit ourselves to respond with the tenderness of God’s Heart to the cries of our world today, particularly to those who are devalued in our society. In loving response to those who are struggling to rise beyond their painful situations, we steadfastly accompany them in hope.
We witness to an alternative reality by radically committing ourselves to a life of prayer and to live justly and in solidarity with those who live in situations of poverty. We collaborate and network, both locally and internationally, to bring about a more equitable distribution of the world’s resources.

As contemplative sisters we witness to the absolute primacy of God and seek to be a means of reconciliation by our prayer, faithfulness to the Gospel, solitude and silence. We hold in prayer the whole universe and support the endeavors of our sisters who are engaged in the active ministry of reconciliation.
We are engaged in full partnership with those who choose to accept co-responsibility and work collaboratively for the development, effectiveness and sustainability of the mission. Mission Partners include Sisters, coworkers, Associates, employees, staff, volunteers, benefactors, board members, companions and friends of the Sisters – who share a love and a passion for the mission in the service of others. လူအများရှေ့ ရွတ်ဆိုအတည်ပြုသည့် ကျွနု်ပ်တို့၏ ကတိသစ္စာများအားဖြင့် ခရစ်တော် ယေဇူး၏ ဘဝသက်တာ၌ ဖော်ပြခဲ့သော ဘုရားသခင်၏ သနားကြင်နာခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ အမှုတော်များအား ဆက်လက် ထမ်းဆောင်ရန် မိမိကိုယ်ကို ပြည့်ဝစွာ ရည်စူးအပ်နှံပါသည်။
ဆင်းရဲခြင်းကို ကျင့်ကြံခြင်း ဟူသည်မှာ မိမိတို့သည် အပယ်ခံနေရသူများနှင့်အတူ တလုံးတဝတည်းရှိခြင်းနှင့် ၎င်းတို့ အပေါ် အစေခံမှုပြုခြင်းဟူသည့် အသက်တာ၌ နေထိုင်ရန် မိမိကိုယ်ကို ဆက်ကပ်ထားခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ဆင်းရဲခြင်းကျင့်စဉ်သည် မိမိ၌ရှိသော အရာအားလုံးကို တာဝန်သိတတ်စွာဖြင့် ရက်ရက်ရောရာ ဝေမျှပေးကမ်းရန် စိန်ခေါ်နေပါသည်။ ဤကတိသစ္စာသည် သက်တောင့်သက်တာ နေထိုင်တတ်သော အခြေအနေကို စွန့်ခွာ၍ ဘုရားသခင်၏ ကူညီမစခြင်း၌ သာ ယုံကြည်အားကိုးသော စိန်ခေါ်မှု ရှိသည့် ဘဝသက်တာအား လျှောက်လှမ်းရန် တွန်းအားပေးပါသည်။
မိမိတို့သည် ရိုးရှင်းစွာ နေထိုင်ခြင်း၊ အလုပ်လုပ်ခြင်း၏ ဂုဏ်သိက္ခာကို တန်ဖိုးထားခြင်း၊ ဓန လူအင်အား အရင်းအမြစ်များအား ဝေမျှခြင်း၊ မိမိတို့၏ အချိန်နှင့် စွမ်းဆောင်ရည်များအား တပါးသူအတွက် ဝေမျှရန် အဆင်သင့် ရှိနေခြင်း၊ ဖန်ဆင်းခံ သဘာဝ ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်အား တန်ဖိုးထား ဂရုပြုစောင့်ရှောက်ခြင်းတို့ဖြင့် ဧဝံဂလိ တရားတော်ဆိုင်ရာ မျှော်လင့်ခြင်းနှင့် ရွှင်လန်း ဝမ်းမြောက်ခြင်းတို့အား သက်သေခံ နေထိုင်ကြပါသည်။
အိမ်ထောင်မပြုသော ဘဝသက်တာဖြင့် နေထိုင်ရန် မိမိတို့ကိုယ်ကို ကတိကဝတ်ပြု ကြပါသည်။ ဝိညာဉ်တော် ဘုရား ထံမှ ချစ်ခြင်းမေတ္တာ စွမ်းအားဖြင့် မိမိတို့ကိုယ်ကို ဘုရားသခင်ထံသို့ လုံးလုံးလျားလျား ဆက်ကပ်ကြပါသည်။ သီလရှင်များ အတူနေထိုင်ရာအသက်တာ၊ လုပ်ဆောင်လျက်ရှိသော တမန်တော်လုပ်ငန်းနှင့် လူ့ပတ်ဝန်းကျင် အသိုင်းအဝိုင်းအတွင်း၌ လူအသက်တာကို ရှင်သန်စေသည့် မှန်ကန်သော ပေါင်းသင်းဆက်ဆံရေးများ၊ မိတ်ဆွေဖွဲ့မှုများ၊ အပြန် အလှန် အကျိုးပြုမှု နှင့် လူတစ်ဦးတစ်ယောက်စီ သာမက အရာရာတိုင်း တန်ဖိုးထား ထည့်သွင်းစဉ်းစား ပါဝင်စေခြင်းတို့ တည်ရှိသော သန့်ရှင်းရာ ဋ္ဌာနများ ဖန်တီးပေးကြပါသည်။
ဤကတိသစ္စာအားဖြင့် မိမိကိုယ်ကို ပေးဆပ်သည့် ချစ်ခြင်းမေတ္တာ၊ ဟန်ချက်ညီသော အသက်တာ၌ ရှင်သန်နေထိုင်ခြင်းနှင့် လူပုဂ္ဂိုလ်တိုင်း၌ ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရန် အလားအလာရှိသော စွမ်းရည်များရှိခြင်း စသည့် အမှန်တရား များကို သက်သေခံကြပါသည်။ လူသားအချင်းချင်း တစ်ဦးနှင့် တစ်ဦး ဖယ်ထုတ်သည့် ဘောင်ခတ် ကန့်သတ်ချက်များအား ကျော်လွန်၍ အသက်တာအသစ် ဆောင်ကြဉ်းပေးရန် မိမိတို့ ကိုယ်ကို ဆက်ကပ်ကြပါသည်။ ယဉ်ကျေးမှု ပေါင်းစုံ ရောယှက်နေသော ဤကမ္ဘာလောကကြီးအား သနားဂရုဏာ နှင့် ကျေအေးသင့်မြတ်ခြင်း တည်းဟူသော ကြီးမားသော ချစ်ခြင်းမေတ္တာဖြင့် ထွေးပိုက်လက်ခံကြပါသည်။
ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ကောင်းသောသိုးထိန်းအသင်း၏ တမန်တော်လုပ်ငန်းများကို ယနေ့ခေတ်ကာလ၏ တောင်းဆိုချက်များနှင့်အညီ အတူတကွ ပူးတွဲတာဝန်ယူ လုပ်ဆောင်ရာတွင် ကျွနု်ပ်တို့အတွင်း၌ ရှိသော ဝိညာဉ်တော်ဘုရား၏ အသံကို ဆန်းစစ်တတ်သော နှလုံးသားများ ဖွင့်လျှက် နားထောင်ခြင်းဖြင့် နာခံခြင်းကတိသစ္စာကို ကျင့်ကြံနေထိုင်ကြပါသည်။
အသင်း၏တမန်တော်လုပ်ငန်းအတွက် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း၊ အကြံဉာဏ် ရယူခြင်း၊ အပြန်အလှန်ဆွေးနွေးခြင်း၊ ဆန်းစစ်သုံးသပ်ခြင်းနှင့် ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်ချမှတ်ရာ၌ ရွှင်လန်းဝမ်းမြောက်မှု ရှိသည့် မျှော်လင့်ခြင်းနှင့် အတွင်းစိတ်လွတ်လပ်ခြင်းအားဖြင့် ယုံကြည်ခြင်းနှင့်သာ တုံံ့ပြန်တတ်သည့် အခြားသော အမှန်တရားကို သက်သေခံလျှက်ရှိပါသည်။
ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ ဇွဲ စိတ်ထက်သန်မှု ကတိသစ္စာအားဖြင့် ယနေ့ကမ္ဘာကြီး၏ငိုကြွေးခြင်းများ အထူးသဖြင့် လူ့အဖွဲ့အစည်းက တန်ဖိုးမထားသည့် သူများအတွက် အဓိကထား၍ နူးညံ့သိမ်မွေ့သော ဘုရားသခင်၏ နှလုံးတော်ဖြင့် တုံ့ပြန်ဆောင်ရွက်ကြရန် မိမိကိုယ်ကို ဆက်ကပ်ကြပါသည်။ နာကျင်ခံစား ရသော အခြေအနေများအား ကျော်လွန်ရန် မတတ်နိုင်ကြသော သူများကို ချစ်ခြင်းမေတ္တာဖြင့် တုံ့ပြန်ကာ ထိုသူတို့အား မျှော်လင့်ခြင်းဖြင့် အဖော်ပြုပေးပါသည်။
ဆင်းရဲနွမ်းပါးသော အခြေအနေများတွင် ရှင်သန်နေထိုင်ကြသူများနှင့် တလုံးတဝတည်း ရှိ၍ ကျွနု်ပ်တို့သည် ဆုတောင်းခြင်း နှင့်တရားမျှတမှု ဘဝသက်တာကို လုံးလုံးလျားလျား ကျင့်ကြံနေထိုင်ကြပါသည်။ ကျွနု်ပ်တို့သည် ဒေသတွင်းနှင့် အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ နယ်ပယ်များတွင် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းနှင့် ကွန်ရက်ချိတ်ဆက်ခြင်းအားဖြင့် ကမ္ဘာ့အရင်းအမြစ်အားလုံးကို ပိုမို ညီမျှစွာ ဝေငှပေးရေးအတွက် ကြိုးပမ်းကြပါသည်။
ခရစ်တော်၏ နောက်လိုက် တမန်တော်များကဲ့သို့ တက်ကြွသော တမန်တော် လုပ်ငန်းများဖြစ်သည့် ပြန်လည် ကြေအေးသင့်မြတ်ခြင်းလုပ်ငန်း၊ လူများအား ကိုယ်စိတ် ခွန်အားပေးခြင်း၊ ကိုယ်ပိုင်အခွင့်အရေးများအား ပြန်လည် ရရှိစေခြင်းနှင့် လူ့ဂုဏ်သိက္ခာအား အားပေးမြှင့်တင်ပေးခြင်းလုပ်ငန်များကို လုပ်ဆောင်လျှက် နေထိုင် လျှောက်လှမ်းပါသည်။ လူပုဂ္ဂိုလ်များနှင့် လူ့အဖွဲ့အစည်း များ၏ လိုအပ်ချက်များနှင့် ၎င်းတို့၏ ရည်မှန်းချက်များကို အထောက်အကူပြုသည့် လူမှုဆက်ဆံရေး အခြေပြု အစီအစဉ်များမှတဆင့် မျက်မှောက်ခေတ် ကမ္ဘာကြီးနှင့် ဒေသတွင်းဆိုင်ရာ အရေးတကြီး လိုအပ်ချက်များအား ရင်ဆိုင်ကူညီဖြေရှင်းပေးသည်။
တရားအားထုတ်ကျင့်ကြံ ခြင်းဘဝအသက်တာအားဖြင့် ကျွနု်ပ်တို့သည် ဘုရားသခင်၏ အကြွင်းမဲ့ ကြီးမြတ်ခြင်းကို သက်သေခံပြီး ဆုတောင်းခြင်း၊ ဧဝံဂလိ တရားတော်အပေါ် သစ္စာတည်ကြည်ခြင်း၊ တကိုယ်တည်း သုံးသပ်ခြင်းနှင့် ဆိတ်ငြိမ်ခြင်းကို ကျင့်ကြံခြင်းအားဖြင့် ပြန်လည် ကြေအေးသင့်မြတ်ခြင်းကို ဆောင်ကြည်းပေးရန် ကြိုးပမ်းကြပါသည်။ ကျွနု်ပ်တို့၏ ဆုတောင်းခြင်းတွင် စကြဝဠာတစ်ခုလုံးအတွက် ဆက်ကပ်ပေးခြင်းအားဖြင့် ပြန်လည်သင့်မြတ်ခြင်း အမှုတော်ကို လက်တွေ့ လုပ်ဆောင်နေကြသည့် သီလရှင်များ၏ ကြိုးပမ်းမှုများကို ကူညီလျှက်ရှိပါသည်။
